Appointments

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in, completion of any necessary forms, and relaxation before your treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late. However, please note that your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

CANCELATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 24 hours notice. Late cancelations or no shows are subjected to a late fee.

PAYEMENT

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Payment is typically due before your treatment. Gratuities for the esthetician or therapist are appreciated but not mandatory.
